Lilian Revel

Pastoral Care Associate

As the Pastoral Care associate Lilian’s role is to provide support and spiritual guidance to the elderly parishioners of Trinity: to those who are lonely, need comforting in difficult times, or are in need of spiritual guidance. She visits parishioners who are in the hospital, in rehab facilities, nursing homes, or at their own homes. She leads a bible study group and writes the weekly Food for the Soul newsletter.

Lilian has had a varied career before joining Trinity in 2016. She was a translator, secretary, banker, and public school teacher, and always a student. After retiring from teaching she felt a calling towards ministry and entered seminary (General Theological Seminary, NY) where she completed a master’s degree with focus on Spiritual Direction. During her childhood and young adulthood years she was exposed to many different cultures and languages.

She and her husband have lived in Connecticut for 36 years, and moved to Oronoque Village in Stratford six years ago. They have two adult sons.
