Minutes of Vestry Meetings
The Vestry of Trinity Church
Trinity has an active working vestry that meets at least monthly except in July and is composed of pledging members of Trinity Parish.
In November each year the rector forms a nominating committee consisting of graduating vestry members and other active parishioners. This committee meets and establishes a list of parishioners who have actively served Trinity in various ways (working in hospitality, as ushers, for the bazaar, as church school teachers, acolyte or youth group leaders, or serving on the building or investment committees, etc.). These individuals are then asked whether they would be willing to run for vestry; the slate results from that process.
The parish votes on the slate at the Annual Parish Meeting held in late January. About one-third of the vestry turns over each year, and after serving a three-year term, a person is eligible to run again for vestry after one year's respite.

Please arrive in the undercroft a few minutes before 10:00 am to set up by 10 am to serve the nine o'clock worshippers, and again at noon for the 11 am crowd. Plan to stay after the 11:00 coffee hour to clean up.
