Fellowship
Being in a church is about building relationships. We recognize that Christianity is a communal religion. God calls us to be in community with one another. Below are some ways that Trinity parishioners connect with one another and grow spiritually.
Trinity's many organizations help to make our church a truly vibrant community. To find out more about any of them or to inquire about participating, please contact the person listed or the Parish Office.
Book Group- Meets 8 times a year for discussion and fellowship. Books selected in summer
for the year include fiction, nonfiction, biography, and others. Contact Jenny Briggs.
Episcopal Church Women (ECW) - This group of adult women meets frequently meet for education, social events, and a yearly retreat. They also oversee the Circle of Caring email prayer list. Contact Gloria Hoda.
Holiday Bazaar - Raises money for restoration of our stained glass windows. The Bazaar is the weekend before Thanksgiving, with preparation happening throughout the year. Contact Mary Ann Stroup.
Junior High Youth Group (Grades 6 - 8) - The youth of Trinity and St. Paul and St. James meet in two age groups: Jr. High (grades 6-8) on Sunday evenings for various activities including fellowship, community service activities, and faith-based discussions. They also run the annual Pancake Supper and plan a mission project for each summer. Contact the Rev. Alex Dyer.
Senior High Youth Group (Grades 9 - 12)- The youth of Trinity and St. Paul and St. James meet in two age groups: Sr. High (grades 9-12) on Sunday evenings for various activities including fellowship, community service activities, and faith-based discussions. Supper Clubs - Trinity parishioners meet in groups of six to eight persons at each others homes for dinner or lunch over a period of a few months. Contact Leigh Cromey
Trinity Greens Committee - Concerned parishioners seek to make Trinity Church (building and people) become more environmentally friendly by reducing our carbon footprint. Contact David Lindsay and Rich Walser.
Trinity Home Board Activities (Age 62 and older) - Supervises spending of interest from the endowment created by the sale of the original Trinity Home, for work with the elderly. Contact Nancy Ahlstrom.
Trinity Players (Theater Group) - This groups of Trinity parishioners are pleased to present various gospel messages in dramatic form. Contact Bob Sandine.
Yarn Works Ministry (Knitting Group) - This knitting group provides shawls to those in need, transition, or grief. They also create many items for the Holiday Bazaar. Contact Candy Carl-Stannard.
Young Adults (Age 21 - 39) - Trinity's active young adults (age 21-39) are involved in numerous ways, including a 20s/30s Group that meets for fellowship and service throughout the year. Contact Rose Pawlikowski.
