 Voices of Trinity

 

Voices of Trinity is an extension of a project of the 250th Anniversary Committee of Trinity Church on the Green, New Haven, that collected memories of peoples and events as part of the celebration; they were appended to and printed with The Way We Are: Trinity Church on the Green 1978 -- 2000, by Ed Getlein.

This site collects additional reminisces of the people and events in and around Trinity Church on the Green, and presents them in digital format, lest they be forgotten. We encourage you to share your thoughts and recollections members and events at Trinity Church.  Simply email your recollection or story to Voices of Trinity, and we will review it and add it to the collection. Images and photographs are encouraged.  Please note our Terms of Use before submitting material, and respect the privicy of others, particularly people who might appear in photographs.

2005      Leonard Goss is celebrated in The TwoTowers by Neil Olsen.  Late in life Lenoard, the much loved 
               "Grandfather of the Choir of Men and Boys", after retiring from manageing the choir, appeared as 
               Commodore Thomas Hardy in Trinity’s 250th Anniversary Play, Golden Arches, Golden Pipes.
